Thank you for shopping with UDIRC. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our store.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Finland, China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, shipping destination, product profile, inventory location, package weight, and order value. If shipping is available for your address, the available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment as quickly as possible and are typically processed by the next business day after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, inventory transfers, customs review, or for oversized/special-channel products.
Shipping Origins
Depending on product availability and the item ordered, your order may ship from one of our fulfillment locations in China or the United States.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Available shipping methods may include:
- Economy
- Standard
- Express
- Economy International
- Standard International
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, selected shipping method, product type, package weight, and order value.
For eligible products and destinations, free shipping may be available on qualifying orders of USD $199 or more. The exact free-shipping eligibility will be displayed at checkout.
Some products, including oversized or special-channel items, may have separate shipping rates. These rates may be fixed or weight-based depending on the destination and product profile. The final shipping cost shown at checkout is the confirmed shipping cost for your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected, destination country or region, customs processing, carrier handling, and local delivery conditions.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout or provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, holidays, remote delivery areas, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country or region.
UDIRC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address. UDIRC is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or unclaimed shipment, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at team@udirc.support with your order number and tracking information.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building management. We will do our best to assist, but UDIRC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
