2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

UIDRC offers two shipping methods for all destinations:

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
- All orders with a total value of USD $199 or more qualify for FREE shipping worldwide.
- *Free shipping orders are shipped via Economy Shipping by default.
Paid Shipping
- Orders below USD $199 are subject to shipping fees.
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

UIDRC partners with reliable logistics providers, including:
FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics, JCEX, and other local delivery partners.
The carrier used for your order depends on destination, shipping method, and operational considerations.
8. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (if applicable) are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
UIDRC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

- Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.
- UIDRC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
